How do I place an Order ?

We are so confident that you will not get a better price on our mobility products from anyone else that we offer you a Low price guarantee. We will match the price if you can find a better price on the product we supply.

All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, HomeMed shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

 

When is my order processed?

All orders are typically processed in 1 to 2 business days, whether you phone your order in or place it online. Expedited orders (i.e., Next Day and 2nd Day) placed before 1 p.m. Eastern time are shipped the same business day (excluding holidays and weekends). For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is FREE across Canada.

 

Do you ship to my country?

We only ship within Canada. Once shipped from our London Ontario location it can take up to 6 to 11 business days depending on the destination province.

When will my credit card be charged ?

 Your credit card will be charged as soon as we process your order and send it to shipping.

 

How long will it take to get my equipment?

All in-stock items take 1 to 5 Business days to be delivered. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you with an estimated time of arrival.

 

How do I check the status of my order or contact you if I have a question about my order?

All customers will receive an email confirmation when their order has been shipped, which will include instructions for tracking the package. For order inquiries, call us at 1-844-335-8631 or send us an email by going to the Contact Us page. Please include your name, address, and order transaction number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

Would I get a sales receipt when I place an order ?

As soon as we process the orders we email our customers a sales receipt with an Invoice in a PDF Format attachment. Customers who can’t provide us with an e-mail address will receive a copy of their sales receipt in the regular mail.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment.

  • Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol
  • Money orders or cashiers cheque
  • Personal cheques(The product will ship after the cheque clears)

How do I use a coupon?

At the bottom of the shopping cart, you’ll see a box where you may enter your coupon code and apply the additional discount to the shopping cart total. Please note that you can redeem only 1 coupon per order and you can’t combine offers and discounts.

HomeMed maintains a strict “no-spam” policy. Your email address is used only by HomeMed to send you order confirmations, updates, and promotions. You can be assured that your email address will NEVER be passed on to any other outside company. Our company does not send un-requested material to customers.
